Bryan Sibley, MD, FAAP
Dr. Bryan Sibley, certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, is based in Lafayette, Louisiana with more than 35 years of medical and practice management experience. He earned his medical degree from the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, LA and completed his General Pediatrics Residency at the University of Texas, School of Medicine in Houston, TX.
Dr. Sibley, who was past president of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, has over 35 years of practice management experience and has spoken to a wide variety of physician groups and hospitals regarding best practices among medical practices.
Blair Attales, MBA
Blair specializes in helping private practices improve efficiency, reduce cost, automate workflows, and streamline operations through industrial engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven solutions. She is a Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Green belt certified professional, bringing proven process improvement methodologies to help healthcare organizations eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and improve operational performance.
She earned her MBA in Healthcare Leadership and BS in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Healthcare Systems Engineering from Louisiana State University, and brings nearly five years of experience in healthcare process improvement and systems optimization.
Her work has helped organizations reduce manual workload, accelerate onboarding and administrative processing, improve compliance tracking and reporting accuracy, increase staffing and training visibility, and streamline operations across multiple systems.
